To vote in the March 16, 2027 village election you must be registered with your county board of elections by Saturday, March 6, 2027.
New York Election Law sets one date for village elections: the third Tuesday in March, which in 2027 is Tuesday, March 16. Individual villages may have adopted a proposition to vote on a different date, including on the November general election day, so check with your village clerk.

New York holds its primary on the fourth Tuesday in June, which is Tuesday, June 22, 2027. This is where party nominations are decided for city, town and county offices that go to voters in November 2027, including New York City Council races.
