Register online by 11:59 p.m. Monday, October 19, 2026. Mailed registration applications must ARRIVE at your county elections office by the end of its business hours on Monday, October 19, 2026. A postmark by that date is not enough, so mail it early. Register in person at your county elections office (or PennDOT and other state agencies) by Monday, October 19, 2026. Paper forms delivered to the county office must be in during its business hours that day.
Your mail-in or absentee ballot application must be received by your county election office by 5 p.m. Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Postmarks do not count.
Your completed mail ballot must be RECEIVED by your county election office by 8 p.m. on Election Day. A postmark is not enough.

Voter registration applications sent by mail must be received in the county elections office by end of business hours on the day of the deadline. Late applications are not accepted, even if they were postmarked by the deadline.
