Oklahoma voter registration closes Oct 9 for the November 3, 2026 election. Every deadline — registration, mail ballot and early voting — with the official source for each.

Register online by Friday, October 9, 2026 (requires an Oklahoma driver license or state ID with a signature already on file with the state). Mailed registration applications must be postmarked by Friday, October 9, 2026 (25 days before the election). Hand-delivered applications must be received by election officials or a voter registration agency by Friday, October 9, 2026.
Absentee ballot applications must be received by the County Election Board or State Election Board by 5 p.m. (Central) Monday, October 19, 2026.
Early voting starts Wednesday, October 28, 2026, 8 a.m.-6 p.m., and continues Thursday-Friday Oct 29-30 at the same hours. Last day of early voting is Saturday, October 31, 2026, 8 a.m.-2 p.m. No excuse needed. Dates and hours are set statewide; you must vote at your county's designated early voting location in the county where you are registered.
Mailed absentee ballots must be received by the County Election Board by 7 p.m. on Election Day. Hand-delivered ballots must arrive by close of business Monday, November 2.
